Privacy Policy

How we use your information

To kit yourself out with the latest in zombie apocalypse gear, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email address. To pay for said kit, you must provide your credit card, debit card, or bank account information. These are required and necessary to process your purchase transaction, and for us to contact you during order processing.

Six to Start does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties outside the fulfilment process.

Orders are fulfilled using Shopify and Paypal. For those in search of minutiae, please see the Shopify privacy policy and the Paypal privacy policy.

We don’t use cookies on our website, but make sure you check the privacy policies of the above services in case they do. Set your browser to reject cookies if you don’t want to receive them.

We are registered as a data controller at the ICO and you can contact us in writing to request copies of the personal information we hold on you in accordance with the Data Protection Act for a fee of £10. You should email us at orders@zombiesrungame.com to request this information rather than running the risk of the zombies outside.

Because we want to get your goods to you and keep you up to date with our information, we may need to transfer your personal data outside the EEA – be assured that we will only do so to partners we trust and only when necessary for us to process your order or contact you.

How we use your email address

If you give us your email and ask to be notified about other things we’re doing, we’ll email you when we have something interesting to say. This will be completely haphazard, but likely amusing, and will include Zombies, Run updates.

If you give us your email and ask to be notified about Zombies, Run information, we’ll email you with updates about this line of games specifically. If you want to be left alone at a later date you can email us to stop receiving our updates. If you give us your email to order things, we’ll just send a confirmation of your order and an email when the order is dispatched.

How You Can Buy Our Goods

Choose the item you wish to purchase via our site and complete the transaction to place your order. We will then send you an email to confirm we’ve received your order safely.

Only once we are ready to send out your order will we then confirm our acceptance of the order and enter our contract with you, and we will let you know by email when this occurs. If we’ve made an obvious mistake with the price we may have to change the order and we will let you know before we complete the order, and in case we need to charge more, you can withdraw your offer. You will only own the goods once we have received the correct price from you.

Remember, you need to be 18 or over to order goods from us, and all our prices shown include VAT. If you are a minor, you should have an adult enter this agreement on your behalf.

We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site will, conform in all material respects with its description set out in the order form, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for purpose. These are the only warranties we give, but are enough for you to be assured that we will supply you with good quality goods.

Delivery Policy

Shipping physical goods is determined by delivery location and degree of zombie infestation in your area. We ship from the UK and all orders are tracked to ensure efficient delivery and to find the last known location of a package. Approximate delivery costs are from $7 (UK) to $10 (rest of world). You may have to pay import duties and taxes when you order outside the UK depending on your location.

If we have the goods in stock, we aim to send your order within five days, and delivery is anywhere from 2-3 days (UK/EU) to two to three weeks internationally. Where appropriate, the dispatch confirmation email includes a tracking number.

If your order has not arrived in 45 days, the zombies have probably eaten several couriers in our attempt to deliver your goods, and the order is deemed lost.  If your order is lost, please contact us at orders@zombiesrungame.com.

Please note: Six to Start does not accept responsibility for orders lost due to incorrect delivery or email addresses supplied on order.  Please check your detail carefully as you place your order, and when you receive your confirmation email.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

We accept returns for physical goods up to 7 days from the delivery of the goods, as long as the goods are not used or damaged, and in their original packaging. You do not need any particular reason to return the goods during this 7 days to qualify for the refund – and this is your ‘cooling off’ period. We may have to charge if you send back goods that are not re-saleable. To make a return, email us at orders@zombiesrungame.com and let us know why you’d like to return the order. If we’re not able to resolve the issue, we’ll provide you a returns number and address. Please note: in the interest of security, this will likely not be the zombie apocalypse outpost address listed below but the address we notify you in writing.

We are able to refund you the price paid for the item, but not the shipping costs. The exception to this is if we have sent you defective goods, in which case you will get a full refund. We will examine the defective goods on their return to confirm whether you are entitled to a full refund. For all returns, we will let you know by email and process the refund to you within 30 days.

We recommend getting a tracking number for all return items, as Six to Start cannot be responsible for items lost in the returns process.

If you would like to cancel your physical goods order, please contact us at orders@zombiesrungame.com. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to go through our returns process.

For digital goods, all sales are final. There are no refunds and no returns as these by their nature cannot be returned. If there has been a genuine mistake somewhere along the line, let us know at orders@zombiesrungame.com and we’ll see how we can help. Sales of our app are subject to our end user licence agreement.

Other

If we get anything wrong with your order, our total liability that can be limited/excluded by law will be limited to providing you with a full refund of the goods purchased.
