Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and are determined by delivery location and degree of zombie infestation in your area. You may have to pay import duties and taxes if you are ordering from outside the US.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, your items may be split into more than one package. You won't be charged extra for this split shipping.

If we have the goods in stock, we aim to send your order within 5 working days. Once sent, delivery usually takes 1-4 weeks. In some extreme cases, particularly around holiday seasons and to more remote locations, this can take up to 8 weeks. Where possible, the dispatch confirmation email includes a tracking number.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days, the zombies have probably eaten several couriers in our attempt to deliver your goods, and the order is deemed lost.  If your order is lost, please contact us at orders@zombiesrungame.com.
